As an organization which strives to provide quality healthcare services and sustain the wide array of comprehensive services the Center offers, clients are charged for services and are expected to pay.  However, a Center client will not be denied an office visit because of his/her inability to pay at the time services are rendered.  The amount of a client’s bill will vary depending upon the type(s) of service(s) he/she received.  Note:  If the client does not have the minimum fees required for an office visit, the Center will assist the client to arrange a payment plan to fit the client’s needs.  In order to receive ancillary services at the Center, clients who fall below federal poverty level income guidelines (0%) will be required to pre-pay (pay in advance) the minimum user fee of $12 and any necessary ancillary service that is ordered/prescribed.  Clients at or above the 25% pay category will pay a corresponding amount of the total fees for services rendered. The center accepts cash, checks, debit, Visa and Mastercard.

The Center also accepts most private insurances, Medicaid, and Medicare and will waive the 20% co-pay and $200.00 deductible for Medicare clients.  However, clients are expected to pay for their medications according to the schedule below.  Note that services or medications that are not provided by the Center are the responsibility of the client.

An example of what clients may expect to pay for services rendered according to their pay category is as follows:

*This amount varies and depends on the type of visit coded by the provider.

All fees are subject to change.  All money collected from the client reverts back into the Center’s operating budget and is used primarily to offset the high costs of medication, lab and x-ray services.  The client’s contribution to maintain the quality level of services is essential.  Note that the Center is not in the business to make money but must charge for its services in order to stay in business and expand services.
