Gateway Community Health Center is a non for profit exempt organization under section 501 (a) of the Internal Revenue code as an organization described in section 501 (c) 3.  Donors may deduct contributions to the Center provided in Section 170 of the code. 

Donations are accepted in cash, personal check, and credit cards.  You may designate your contribution to a particular service the Center offers eg. medical, dental, pharmacy or a specific program, diabetes education, or for a particular individual that works at the Center.  The contribution may be unrestricted which means that the money goes into the overall operation of the Center.  Such    contributions allow the Center to purchase equipment and/or expand to bring in additional services that are needed in the community.
